Shipping and Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hancy Marketplace. We are committed to ensuring your premium imported products reach you safely and promptly. Please review our shipping operations and policies below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across Peninsular Malaysia.
At this time, due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not offer shipping to East Malaysia.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification containing your tracking information once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes provided by our courier partners. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or peak holiday season backlogs.
4. Shipping Rates
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of RM15 for all deliveries.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on all orders exceeding RM300. This discount will automatically apply at checkout once your cart total reaches the qualifying amount.
5. Handling of Fragile Goods
Our products are packaged in premium glass bottles. We take the utmost care to securely wrap and pad every bundle to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged on Arrival: In the rare event that your package arrives with visible liquid damage or you hear broken glass, please do not accept the parcel from the courier if possible. If the parcel has been dropped off, you must take clear photographs of the unboxed package showing the shipping label and the damage. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
6. Unsuccessful Deliveries & Returned Parcels
Our couriers will typically attempt delivery up to two times. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to collect the package from the courier's sorting hub after missed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
Hancy Marketplace reserves the right to charge an additional shipping fee to resend packages that were returned to us due to customer error or unavailability.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can track its progress using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email via the courier’s tracking portal.
