  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and marketing materials are accurate, specifically regarding the presentation and spelling of wine varieties such as Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, and Rosé.

  • Bundles & Pricing: Curated product sets, such as "The Full Edenvale Experience Bundle" and our "Curated Hot-Selling Bundles", are sold at the advertised prices (e.g., RM368 or RM228) and are subject to stock availability. All prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Dietary, Ingredients & Product Disclaimer

  • Producer Information: All information regarding product ingredients, nutritional facts, and dietary classifications is provided directly by the original producer or manufacturer. Hancy Marketplace relays this information as provided and assumes no liability for inaccuracies in the manufacturer's claims.

  • De-alcoholized Nature: Our products are de-alcoholized wine alternatives imported from Australia.

  • Dietary Status: While the producer classifies these products as strictly vegan, please note that due to their nature as de-alcoholized wine, they are not certified Halal in Malaysia.

4. Orders, Shipping & Returns

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

  • Shipping: Delivery is primarily available within Peninsular Malaysia. The risk of loss passes to you once the products are handed over to the courier.

  • Returns: Claims for damaged goods (e.g., broken bottles during transit) must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damaged parcel upon arrival to process a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, marketing copy, and custom branding—including our distinctive frog and pig curiosity logo—are the exclusive intellectual property of Hancy Marketplace. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our Service or visual assets without express written permission.
